EasySync ("we", "us", the "Service") is a stock-monitoring and listing-automation tool that connects your eBay seller account and pulls product data from CJ Dropshipping to help you track inventory, publish listings, and automatically withdraw or republish eBay offers based on stock levels. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
The Service connects to your eBay account via eBay's official OAuth API, and reads product data from CJ Dropshipping. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for eBay Inc. or CJ Dropshipping — your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for actions eBay or CJ Dropshipping takes on their platforms (listing removals, account restrictions, pricing/inventory changes on their end, API outages, etc).
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax/VAT collection and remittance, and invoicing on our behalf — your payment details are handled entirely by Paddle, not stored by us.
Some plans offer a short paid trial (a small one-time fee to activate a limited-time, reduced-capacity trial period). Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to the full plan price and billing cycle described on the Pricing page at the time you subscribed — this conversion is handled automatically by Paddle; no separate confirmation is sent before the first full charge. Trial fees are non-refundable and are credited toward your first full invoice.
You can view your plan, upcoming charges, and cancel or update your payment method at any time from your account Settings, which links to Paddle's secure customer portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not automatically remove or unpublish your existing eBay listings when a subscription lapses or is canceled — automatic stock-based withdraw/republish and new product publishing are paused until you resubscribe or upgrade. Refund requests outside of the non-refundable trial fee are handled case-by-case — contact us.
You're responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish through the Service and for complying with eBay's and CJ Dropshipping's own policies. Don't use the Service to publish counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading listings.
The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for lost sales, overselling, listing suspensions, or other business losses arising from stock sync delays, API failures on eBay's or CJ Dropshipping's side, or incorrect data those platforms return. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
