1. What We Collect

• Account information you provide: name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• eBay account data via OAuth: your eBay username, an internal eBay user identifier, and encrypted access/refresh tokens needed to sync listings on your behalf.
• Product and listing data you link or publish: titles, SKUs, prices, images, stock levels.
• Billing information: handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage analytics (via Vercel Analytics) to understand product usage — no ad tracking.

2. How We Use It

To operate the Service: syncing your eBay listings against CJ Dropshipping stock data, sending you stock alerts, processing your subscription via Paddle, and providing customer support.

3. Third Parties

We share data only with the services required to run EasySync:

• eBay — to read/write your listings via the API you authorize.
• CJ Dropshipping — to read product/stock data for items you link.
• Paddle — to process payments and manage your subscription as our merchant of record.
• Resend — to deliver transactional/alert emails.
• Vercel / Neon — our hosting and database infrastructure providers.

We don't sell your data.

4. eBay Account Deletion

If you delete your eBay account or revoke EasySync's access, eBay notifies us automatically and we remove the stored eBay connection (access tokens, username) tied to that account.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation in case you return. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed (scrypt); eBay tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your Choices

You can disconnect your eBay account at any time from Settings, update your account details, or request account deletion by contacting us.
